Radcliffe Department of Medicine (Division of Cardiovascular Medicine), University of Oxford
As Senior Programme Manager for CureHeart, my role is to support the investigators to deliver on this exciting programme of work and oversee all the operational aspects of the programme. I will be responsible for day to day management of the programme and I will manage the complex finances associated with the programme. I will work closely with our funder, the British Heart Foundation, and I will be a key point of contact for our many stakeholders.
I have over 16 years experience working as a Senior Research Administrator at the University of Oxford. Prior to that I worked for Science Foundation Ireland (the Irish government’s main funding organisation). My research career includes working as a postdoctoral researcher in Seattle, USA, where my research focused on HIV vaccine development, and I hold a PhD in Developmental Genetics from the University of Cambridge.
